WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SIGNATURE SET?
Our signature duvet system with duvease™ hidden zippers helps you refresh your bed in under a minute and includes everything you need: one plush all-season down-alternative insert, one hidden-zip cover and a pair of shams.
MATERIALS
Our baffle box duvet insert has a 330-thread count 100% cotton sateen shell and hypoallergenic down-alternative fill that provides the cloud-like fluff and warmth of traditional down without allergy or animal-rights concerns.
The cover and shams are made from our signature bamboo and cotton blend, a breathable, antibacterial, and odor-resistant fabric designed to keep you dry and comfortable all night long. Our OEKO-TEX®-certified fabric is produced sustainably, third-party tested and guaranteed to be free of harmful substances.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Machine wash cold water (gentle cycle)
- Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric & cause yellowing)
- Do not use fabric softener
- Tumble dry low
- Zippers are only guaranteed when dried at 200 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
- Machine wash warm
- Tumble dry on medium or low heat

- Remove the duvet cover from the dryer as soon as it’s finished to help prevent wrinkles. We do not treat our all-natural fibers with any harsh chemicals to make them "wrinkle-free." Simply apply a light mist and a warm iron until smooth, if desired.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
At this time, we are not able to modify or cancel orders or change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If you would like to modify your order, the best way to do so would be to place a new order and return the original order upon receipt. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders received and authorized before 12:00 PM EST (M-F) will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on order volume. Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be shipped within 1-2 business days the following week.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase, and we do not store or share credit card information.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
BILLING ADDRESS ISSUE
Please contact us at info@pippenhouse.com and we will correct this for you as soon as possible. This should not impact your order so long as you have the correct shipping address.
PROMO CODES
Promo codes may be used on full-priced items and not in combination with any other offers.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 U.S. States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free ground shipping in the continental US for orders of $200 or more. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $75-100 per order and will be shipped via USPS priority mail with 5-7 day transit times from shipment.
Expedited shipping options are available for a flat fee (*excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
- Standard 2 Day: $30 Fee / Transit Times: <=3 business days
- Standard Overnight: $50 Fee / Transit Times: 1 business day
Transit times are from the time the package is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please add 1-2 business days to your expected shipping timeline for order processing.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns for refund will be subject to a $20 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued in the form of Pippen House site credit. To start a return, please reach out to customer service at info@pippenhouse.com.
Returns must be shipped by the customer within 7 days of receiving the authorized RMA and return shipping label. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GIFT CARDS
We sell digital gift cards here. When you purchase a Pippen House gift card, you will receive an email with a gift card code to use or send to the recipient. Please note that promo codes may not be used to purchase gift cards.
