THE INSERT

Our all-season insert is a 330 thread-count, 100% cotton sateen shell stuffed with hypoallergenic down-alternative fill. Baffle-box construction and double-stitched seams ensure even distribution — no bunching, clumping, or lumps.

THE COVER + SHAMS

The cover and shams are made from our signature 300-thread count Cotton/Tencel (Eucalyptus) blend, a breathable, antibacterial, and odor-resistant top layer to keep you comfortable all night long.

THE INSERT

• Machine wash cold water (gentle cycle)
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Tumble dry low only - heat can damage down alternative fiber filling.
• We suggest using wool dryer balls during the dry cycle for best results.
• Zippers are only guaranteed when dried at 200 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.

TO SMOOTH WRINKLES:

Remove the duvet cover from the dryer as soon as it’s finished to help prevent wrinkles. We do not treat our all-natural fibers with any harsh chemicals to make them "wrinkle-free." Simply apply a light mist and a warm iron until smooth, if desired.

SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 U.S. States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We offer free ground shipping in the continental US for orders of $200 or more.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $75-100 per order and will be shipped via USPS priority mail with 5-7 day transit times from shipment.
Expedited shipping options are available for a flat fee (*excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

• Standard Overnight: $75 Fee / Transit Times: 1 business day

Transit times are from the time the package is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please add 1-2 business days to your expected shipping timeline for order processing.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
